your body is not public property

you can eat what you want, when you want, as much as you want, because it’s your body. that is your right.

you can workout for how long you want to, with how much intensity as you want. maybe you workout to feel good. maybe you work out to loose some weight. maybe you don’t work out at all. that’s all fine because it’s your body.

your health is between you, your doctor, and any other people you choose. you can talk about it as much or as little as you want because it’s your body.

you can dress which ever way you choose because it’s your body. you are not a whore. you are not a prude.

you can express your gender or sexuality any way you feel comfortable because it’s your body. 

you have the right to love your body because it’s your body. 

you have the right to be happy because it’s your life. anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
